Classical Guitar Lessons

I have played many styles of music both on acoustic and electric guitar, but I have always said that were electricity to go away tomorrow I would be perfectly content playing an acoustic guitar, be it a nylon or steel string instrument.

With that said I am here to help you achieve your goals on acoustic guitar. Whether you are interested in traditional classical or fingerstyle, I have an extensive background in these styles.

We will start by getting you grounded with basic fundamentals and moving on from there, playing actual tunes as quickly as possible. Proper technique is very important in playing these styles well, and good rhythm skills are important also. So whether you are interested in traditional classical pieces, Celtic, folk, or more modern Fingerstyle styles such as Leo Kottke or Alex De Grassi I would love help you learn to play.

We will go at whatever pace you feel comfortable with - fast or slow. I am very patient and have taught hundreds of students over the last 15+ years. I look forward to helping you achieve your musical goals whatever they are.
